Romagnolo.ai applies Genetic AI to two-sided matching. Requirements, skills, availability and soft constraints are modelled as explicit criteria, so recruiters can see why a candidate ranks where they do — and adjust the weighting without waiting on a data science cycle.
Search, turned upside down
Instead of narrowing a candidate list down with filters until nothing is left, recruiters first describe the profile of their perfect candidate. The engine then ranks everyone against that profile.
